Supplier Code of Conduct


 

(hereinafter referred to as "Kuncai") has always been committed to upholding high standards of business ethics and integrity of business philosophy, and reflected in the "Supplier Code of Conduct of Fujian Kuncai Material Technology Co.

(hereinafter referred to as "Code of Conduct"). This Code of Conduct expects all Kuncai suppliers ("Suppliers") to adhere to consistent standards of good work and business ethics, and to meet the requirements set forth in this Code of Conduct.

Violation of this Code may result in the immediate cessation of Kuncai's relationship with the Supplier and, if necessary, legal action.



 

1.Labor and human rights


Suppliers must uphold the human rights and dignity of their employees and fully respect them in accordance with the relevant provisions of the international community.


 

 2.discriminate against


Suppliers shall, within the limits of the laws and regulations in force, oppose all forms of discrimination, in particular unfair treatment with regard to gender, race, disability, ethnic or cultural origin, religion or world view, age or sexual orientation. gender orientation; and resolutely implement the pay management principles of gender equality and equal pay for equal work.


 

 3.fair treatment


Suppliers must commit to providing a work environment that is free from any harassment, and harassment and unlawful discriminatory behavior in the workplace should be strictly prohibited.


 

 4.Prevention of involuntary labor and trafficking in persons


Suppliers shall employ all employees on a voluntary basis and shall not engage in human trafficking or employ any form of slavery, forced labor, bonded labor, indentured labor, or prison labor.


 

 5.child labor


Suppliers shall not employ child labor. The minimum age at which a laborer may be hired or may work shall be 16 years of age, and hired laborers below the age of 16 are defined as child laborers.


 

 6.working hours


Employees may not work more than the maximum number of hours per week as defined by applicable laws and regulations, except in cases of emergency or special circumstances.


 

 7.Wages and benefits


Suppliers are required to pay all employees the minimum wage stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations and to provide all statutory benefits; in addition to this, suppliers are required to pay employees for overtime work in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.


 

 8.Respect for the right of employees to associate and bargain collectively


The supplier respects the right of association of all employees within the scope of the laws and regulations in force, and employees may organize or join trade unions and engage in collective bargaining in accordance with the law.


 

 9.Health and Safety


The supplier provides a clean, safe and healthy workplace for its employees in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.


 

 10.environmental protection


Suppliers shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations for the protection of the environment, and shall notify the local government in accordance with the procedures in the event of environmental accidents caused by the supplier.


 

 11.Integrity


    

Kuncai is committed to the highest standards of corporate integrity and we have zero tolerance for any behavior that is motivated by dishonesty, integrity or fairness. Corruption, extortion and misappropriation of any kind are strictly prohibited. Suppliers are not allowed to bribe or accept bribes or use other means to obtain improper benefits.

The Supplier shall comply with all rules of law relating to the conduct of its business, including the provisions referred to above.
 

 13.Contractors and suppliers


Suppliers are to ensure that their contractors and suppliers comply with this code.


 

 14.Making workers aware of supplier codes


Suppliers should make workers aware of the content of the supplier's code and translate the code into the local language and display it in every place where workers have easy and frequent access.
