Compared to the products produced by conventional air oxidation, the FeOEX-R series produced by liquid alkali neutralisation and medium temperature calcination, has high tinting strength and strong hiding power, thus reducing the volume of pigments used in paints and plastic products and protecting the environment. At the same time, it has excellent thermal and color stability during mechanical shearing processes (e.g. grinding).
Strong hiding power: After medium temperature calcination, the particle size of the FeOEX-R series is more uniform and the hiding power is better, the relative hiding power is more than 10%.Low oil absorption properties: After high temperature calcination, the surface of FeOEX-R particles is more dense, lower oil absorption, better dispersion and wetting, easy to process.Low impurity: Kuncai pioneered the extraction method for raw material preparation and closed space for reaction, the reaction process does not introduce other impurities, the content of heavy metals is low, the product can be used for food grade and cosmetic grade.
